Pre-Moots
The Milan Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot was organized by DLA Piper Italy Events and held on 10 – 11 May and was held in person at DLA offices in Milan, Italy (Via della Posta n. 7, 20123 Milan).
The Vienna Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot was organized by the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and held in person on 13 May 2024 at the VIAC (Wiedner Hauptstraße 63, 1040 Vienna).
National Rounds
The mandatory national rounds for India were held virtually. The Indian National Rounds are organized by the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration and took place on 27 April 2024. 27 Indian Teams participated.
The mandatory national rounds for China were held virtually on 12 April 2024. The Chinese (Mainland) National Rounds were organized by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). 33 mainland universities and 120 arbitrators from over 27 jurisdictions participated.
